Accounting - The accounting group provides an array of services including corporate partnership, property and development accounting and reporting, treasury management, and commercial lease management. Other services include valuable financial reporting used to assist clients in making the best business decisions.
Brokerage - The brokerage group is made up of specialty groups that provide office, industrial, retail, investment, land, and corporate services. Many of our advisors have received their CCIM and/or SIOR professional designations. Through our affiliation with Grubb & Ellis, we can handle any local, regional, national or global assignment.
Construction - The construction group responds to client demand for a professional services firm that creates and delivers customized, turnkey solutions to space build out and construction management needs.
Maintenance - The maintenance group provides clean, safe and well-maintained properties for the use of our tenants and owners, with an attitude of integrity, success, and professionalism; and to manage effective maintenance programs, with prompt and courteous service.
Marketing - The marketing group offers clients the unique advantage of having a complete marketing, public relations, advertising and graphics department in-house. The team develops, creates and executes a complete marketing and public relations plan for each project. The goal is to increase awareness of the Properties by providing uniquely-designed collateral materials, press releases, special events and focused media strategies.
Property Management - The property management group works closely with real estate owners and investors to develop and manage customized programs that focus on asset management through cost-efficient operations and tenant retention. Our proven programs and processes have enhanced property values for real estate assets nationwide.
Research - The research group is responsible for all marketing platforms from market data collection, extrapolation, analyses, and consulting for industrial, office, land, and retail markets. All market intelligence is based on G&E|Adena's internal database to insure the data integrity of our published intelligent reports with custom analyses to our clients. The research group provides quarterly studies on vacancies, absorption, rents, construction activity, sale prices, and current lease rate information.
