Timeline

1997 - Adena Realty Advisors is founded.

1998 - Rick Underman joins Adena Realty Advisors to direct the property management operations and be a partner in the firm.

1998 - Our first advisor joins the firm.

2000 - Adena affiliates with Grubb & Ellis to form Grubb & Ellis|Adena Realty Advisors.

2001 - CenterPoint Development is established to develop and coordinate the development and acquisition of commercial property. G. Bradford Johnson is appointed its President.

2002 - Richard Schuen is appointed president and Rick Underman is appointed executive vice president of G&E|Adena.

2002 - G&E|Adena launches an initiative to become Central Ohio’s leader in commercial real estate research and market intelligence.

2005 - G&E|Adena is named the Grubb & Ellis Outstanding National Affiliate of the Year.

2005 - CenterPoint Construction Services is created to provide general construction services to the owners and tenants of commercial buildings.
