The G&E|Adena mission is to provide a clean, quiet and well-maintained work environment for our tenants. Our skilled staff members are responsive and courteous. We operate preventive maintenance programs to minimize equipment failure and extend the life of major building systems and components. We utilize the latest technology to document and track our work and to communicate in the field. Service responsiveness, performance quality and tenant satisfaction are reviewed daily by managment.

Routine repairs can be submitted using the online request form provided for your convenience. Emergency situations will be responded to immediately. These would include any alarm activity, smell of smoke, running water, roof leaks, unsecured doors or broken windows.
